1. Service Delivery

  • All our services, including tutoring sessions, are delivered live via Zoom. After you purchase a service, you will receive an email confirmation with details about how to access your session.
  • You can schedule your tutoring session at a time that is convenient for you, based on availability.

2. Access Information

  • Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a link to join your scheduled Zoom session. Please ensure that you have Zoom installed on your device before the session begins.
  • If you encounter any issues accessing the session, please contact us at learn@welshwords.com for assistance.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
  • We understand that unexpected events may occur; however, we encourage you to provide us with as much notice as possible so we can accommodate your needs.

4. Technical Requirements

  • To ensure a smooth experience, please have a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and the latest version of Zoom installed.
  • For the best experience, we recommend using headphones to minimize background noise.

5. Refunds

  • As our services are delivered live and personalized, we do not offer refunds for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If you have any concerns about the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your session, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
