Refund Policy for Live Welsh Lessons

We have a 3-day refund policy for our live Welsh lessons. This means you have 3 days after attending your first class to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your experience.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request it within 3 days of attending your first lesson.
  • Refunds are only applicable if you have attended no more than one class.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, please contact us at learn@welshwords.com. If your request is accepted, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your lesson experience immediately after attending and contact us right away if there are any issues, such as technical difficulties or other concerns, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our live services, we do not accept refunds for:

  • Lessons attended beyond the first class.
  • Any subscription packages or bundled services that include multiple lessons, unless within the specified refund window.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we have processed your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at learn@welshwords.com.
