How your lesson is planned
A clear focus, shaped into a suitable lesson
Each lesson has a clear purpose. It is not expected to cover every category or every language skill at once.
-
Your main goal leads
The teacher starts with your chosen category, current English level, goals and areas for improvement.
-
A structured TEFL lesson plan
A TEFL-qualified teacher builds a clear sequence around your selected focus. Depending on your level and goal, this may include a warm-up, focused input, guided practice, freer use and feedback.
-
Relevant skills in context
A lesson may use speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation where they support your selected focus.

Questions before you enquire
English lesson questions
Clear answers about the first step, with no commitment required.
Can I enquire if I am a complete beginner?
Yes. You can enquire at any starting level, including as a complete beginner. Choose your current level in the form and explain what you would like to achieve.
Do I need to choose every lesson category?
No. Choose one main category or goal when you enquire. A lesson may include speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation where relevant, but it will not cover every category in every lesson.
Can I ask about one-to-one and group lessons?
Yes. One-to-one and group lesson enquiries can be discussed through the contact form or by emailing learn@welshwords.com. A website chatbot may provide another enquiry route if it becomes available.
Who can submit a lesson enquiry?
If the enquiry is for yourself, a family member or a learner you support, please explain the learning goals and any practical details so suitability can be reviewed before anything is agreed.
How much do English lessons cost?
English lesson prices start at £30. Ask for the current price for the lesson format that interests you.
Who delivers the English lessons?
English lessons are delivered by a TEFL-qualified teacher. The teacher creates a structured lesson plan based on the selected category, current ability, goals and areas for improvement.
Where do lessons take place?
English lessons are delivered live online through Zoom.
Will the enquiry book a lesson or take payment?
No. Sending the form creates an enquiry only. Nothing is booked and no payment is taken automatically.
